Advertising on pages of websites that are apposed to adblock, mainly tabloid sites such as huffington post or the guardian, will be blacked completely leaving only the content.(see purple sections of image)

However this idea does not show the threat to user content, so a follow up idea was to have a page takeover that would have an oil like black substance looking as though it is slowly spilling onto the page from the outsides, first covering the ads then eventually covering the content.

This could also be used in the print versions of the online tabloids, all the ads could be blacked out, with possibly certain words censored so the content is not readable, or certain words replaced with words relating to the adblocking problem (in bold see easily seen) such as Freemium, subscription, content, no internet etc.
